Junction Craft Brewing is one of Ontario’s top craft Brewers located in the Junction’s Stockyards area of west Toronto. Since 2011 the company has been steadily growing and now calls a beautiful former 1930’s Art Deco public works building, affectionately known as ‘The Destructor’, home. Junction brands and beers can be found across the province in the LCBO and at numerous restaurants, bars throughout the GTA.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Brewmaster, this important role is responsible for brewing exceptional and consistent quality beer in accordance with JCBC specifications. You will be responsible for brewing a wide variety of both JCBC and partner beers/styles. You will work in a small team and collaborate with other teams as required to ensure a great end-to-end product.
This role is permanent and full-time and offers a competitive salary based on experience, company health benefits and team profit sharing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brew and or mix provided recipes based on weekly brew plan
Handle cellaring and filtration of products when assigned
Manage and updated brewing records in accordance with brewhouse policies
Clean and maintain brewing equipment
Maintain and keep current, product knowledge of JCBC and customer products
Work with team to identify areas of improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Brewmaster post secondary education preferred
3 years or more brewing experience at a medium to large sized craft brewery
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay based on experience. Range: $50-55k
