Our Nordic Pale is a soft and floral pale ale. Fermented at higher temperatures using hornindal Kveik yeast results in a slight farmhouse character and fruity esters that work well alongside the citrus and tropical fruit forward hops.

We were at the show in Walkerton ont. walking around in this 30 degree heat . After we stopped in to the bar called" 519 " our area code and asked the very obliging bartender foe a very refreshing drink. He suppled me with your NORDIC PALE ALE . Love the grapefruit taste - The rest is history , I will change this to my beer starting today-- Thank you - I have been looking for this for a long time.
